In parallel, our facilities in Cairo and domestic stations at Egyptian airports are open with less capacity, in accordance with the decrees of the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to keep the balance between maintaining continuity of operation and following the best practices to limit the spread of the virus.
As the COVID-19 outbreak affects the industry around the world, we are determined to support our passengers through the crisis and keep contact with them under any circumstances. Therefore, our Customer Service team is working around the clock to receive your calls and help you customize your travel experience flexibly. Since we always think of our passengers, no changing fees shall be incurred by our customers when adjusting their flight schedule.
EGYPTAIR fleet has been subjected to a massive campaign of sterilization and disinfection. We are also managing the crisis step by step through the "Crisis Management" following the updated guidelines issued by international aviation organizations and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and developing plans that commensurate with the developments for the situation is dynamic. Seeking the maintenance of your safety and health, we recommend you to follow the WHO instructions carefully and apply hand and health hygiene consistently.
