EGYPTAIR Refund & Change Reservation Policy.

In light of the resolution issued to extend flight suspension to and from the Egyptian airports till June 30th for international flights as part of the measures taken to control the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19), and as EGYPTAIR is keen on the interests of its customers and keeping them updated about the developments in light of the unprecedented conditions, EGYPTAIR has issued new options offering you the flexibility to fly with us again if you were booked on an international flight from March 19, 2020 till the end of the suspension period.

·If you would like to refund; then you have the “Travel Voucher” option where you can convert the amount you paid for your ticket into credit for your future trips. You can also use it to pay for any of EGYPTAIR other services. The travel voucher gives you the flexibility to make as many transactions as you wish for you or your first degree relatives until you completely use its value. If you would like to proceed with a refund instead of requesting the voucher, please be aware that the refund process should be through the original place of issuance, and it may take longer than usual due to the high volumes currently being processed. 

Meanwhile, EGYPTAIR urges its customers to check their tickets through the EGYPTAIR offices, call center in Egypt 1717, or travel agents to stay updated the developments regarding the resumption of flights and the conditions of change and refund applicable to each ticket.
