1. The Passenger must be at least 18 years of age and able to place the request. She/he shall be deemed to have the authority to act on behalf of and to bind the person or persons named or included on the Request to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The service is available only on EgyptAir Airlines (EgyptAir) operated flights.

3. The passenger must have purchased a valid economy class ticket issued by or on behalf of the EgyptAir Airlines (EgyptAir) and ticket is starting with 077.

4. Passenger holding confirmed Economy Class tickets is eligible to purchase the service except

      - Unaccompanied minors.

      - Young passengers need assistance.

      - Group reservations.

      - Medical cases.

5. Egyptair reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decide whether or not to accept the Request, and makes no representation or commitment on the confirmation or approval of any Request regardless whether or not seats are available in the class of service for which the Request is being made.

6. The passenger will apply for the service and the time frame to confirm it is from 72 hours to 6 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

7. Egyptair does not guarantee specific seat assignments to passengers whose Request is accepted. It may be necessary to move you from a pre-reserved purchased seat to offer you the NFS experience you have requested.

8. Passenger may purchase a maximum of (3) seats adjacent to his/her selected seat per flight depending on aircraft configuration and subject to availability of adjacent seats.

9. Exit row seats, First row seats and Bulk head seats are not eligible for the service.

10. NFS shall not be used to store cabin baggage or as an alternative for cabin baggage which is accepted as special load.

11. Confirmation E-mail will be sent through your email when the offer is accepted.  Please keep your confirmation email to use it as a reference in your flight.

12. The service support form of payments: Visa and MasterCard.

13. Passengers who purchase NFS and then upgrade to Business Class cannot have their NFS amount refunded.

14. Passengers who purchase pre-reserved seat selection and then requested for NFS cannot have their seat selection fee refunded.

15. The service does not include any additional benefits, including but not limited to: lounge access or additional baggage allowance or bonus miles or any other special service onboard.

16. As only a credit card may be used for making the Request, the charges for the Request, as shown in any relevant outlet (MS website or any other means of booking), shall be held by MS until the Request is either approved or rejected. If approved, MS shall immediately charge the full amount on the credit card used by you. If not, MS will remove its hold on the amount.

17. There will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges once purchase has been accepted by EgyptAir Airlines (EgyptAir) and your credit card has been charged, except In the event MS re-accommodates or transfers the Passenger on another flight for whatever reason, other than where this results from an act, omission or default of the Passenger, any Request that the Passenger made in relation to the original booking may be transferred to the new flight(s), subject to availability of seats for the NFS experience. In case the service had been provided on the new flight at which the passenger had been transferred to and the passenger had got the service no refunds will be made. 

18. Should refunds be approved, they will be processed in the currency in which the NFS amount was charged. Such refunds would be limited to the amount charged for the NFS and no bank related charges, including but not limited to, foreign exchange conversion and fees.

19. The fare conditions for the original ticket you purchased shall remain in effect and will be applicable at all times, including cancellation policies, change fees, baggage allowance and rules relating to the accrual of frequent flyer miles.

20. By requesting the service, the passenger acknowledges, understands, and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

21. EgyptAir Airlines (EgyptAir) reserves the right to modify and otherwise change these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
