Refunding a ticket
What if I need to refund a ticket I purchased through EgyptAir website?

If you need to refund a ticket you already purchased online through EGYPTAIR website, please submit your refund request online from same website used during your reservation. Please note that rules and refund conditions shall apply according to the purchased fare class. For more information about refund procedures please visit our home page, then press on (contact us) then online refund. When you fill the refund form, you are kindly requested to select the same issuing country used during reservation and the correct ticket number which starts with (077-2) or the EMD number which starts with (077-4).
