Mobile Check In

Check in to your EGYPTAIR flights from anywhere! Simply type ​ on your mobile device's web browser and select the check-in option or on EGYPTAIR mobile application. You will receive your Electronic Boarding Pass directly on to your mobile device. 

General Conditions of This Service:

  • Mobile Check-In is accessible from 48 hours before departure, and up until 90 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.
  • For passengers holding electronic tickets with confirmed reservations on flights operated by EGYPTAIR.
  • Passengers carrying approved cabin baggage only can proceed directly to the boarding gate.
  • Passengers with check-in baggage, the bags will have to be presented at the Special EGYPTAIR ‘Baggage drop’ dedicated counters well in advance of the boarding time (at least one hour) prior to departure time.
  • Boarding gates close 30 minutes before flight departure; please ensure you arrive for security checks and boarding no later than 45 minutes prior to your flight’s departure.
  • Passengers who are eligible to enter the lounge will have to present their boarding pass print to the lounge representative.
  • To cancel mobile check-in please call 1717 or 090070000 at least one hour before departure.

Mobile Check-in Guide:

Open your web browser on your Internet-enabled mobile device and visit​ Once there, select the "Check-in" option.

Step 1: identify yourself:

Enter your name, your boarding code and one form of identification. You can choose to do so using your booking reference, electronic ticket number or frequent flyer number (if you indicated it when you made your reservation).

Step 2: Selection:

Select all members of your party who are traveling on the same reservation and choose your preferred seat from the seat map.

Step 3: confirm your check-in:

To complete the check-in process, you need to print your boarding pass

Step 4: complete check-in:

If eligible for an Electronic Boarding Pass, enter your e-mail address or mobile phone number to complete your check-in and receive your Electronic Boarding Pass

What type of device can I use to access Mobile Check-in?

You can access Mobile Check-in from most mobile devices that have an internet browser and internet capabilities. In addition, to receive an Electronic Boarding Pass through Mobile Check-in, your mobile device must be capable of receiving e-mails or text (SMS) messages. These capabilities are provided through your wireless provider and may cost extra. Please consult your mobile device manual and your wireless service provider for more details.
